On July 24th I arranged two seats for that Manchester United v. Everton complement to be kept on Sunday, 23rd May at Old Trafford through Onlineticketexpress.com at a price of £198.00 (£168.00 for 2 seats and £30.00 booking fee). I'd to signal a deal they sent in my experience, check it and e-mail it back again to them. Within the agreement it mentioned the seats could be delivered in my experience at my tackle in Guernsey 3-5 times prior to the day of the function. I subsequently arranged two return routes Guernsey/Birmingham for myself and my boy (it was for his 17th personal gift) along with a double place in The Copthorne Hotel, Clippers Quay, Birmingham for 2 evenings. About the Wednesday before departing (18th April) I sent the website to request verification that my seats could be obtained at my house address over time for starting on Friday, 22nd April. I had been informed this may not be assured. After going out that within the agreement it stated the seats could be delivered 3-5 days just before day of occasion and finding nowhere the male organ of team hung-up on me! I attempted to obtain through again and finally talked to some feminine employee who had been just like unhelpful. I requested to talk to a and was informed to 'hold on' that we did for 8 units hearing audio after which realized I had beennot being subjected to to anybody! Both these folks stated easily offered my motel tackle they'd deliver the seats there and so I called a third-time and finally got through again and was informed to supply my motel tackle by e-mail, that we did. I received verification the seats could be delivered towards the resort which there would need to be somebody there to signal (that we examined using the resort party plus they signal for shipping to visitors). On arrival in the resort last Friday, 22nd May there is nothing for me personally; nevertheless nothing on Sunday day (23rd April). I've sent Onlineticketexpress.com requesting them to make contact with me to set up compensation of £198.00 but I'm not keeping my breathing. Don't use this site.
