Internet Scam Fraud

This all start in 2007. I should of known better but what can I say. The lady was very nice and very helpful. She explained that they would be there to get me started in setting up my web site.

In the first month when I called someone was always there to help me. Then when I called I would get a voice mail. And some one would return my call a few days later. As I set up the web site I notice I wasn't getting any orders. So I would test by trying to place an order. It would not go through. I called Start Essential they would referred me to another company. Of course again I would get voice mail. This went on for a year. Now the 1 year was up and if I wanted to continue with my web site it was going to cost more money. At this point I had not had 1 order because the web site never worked. So here I spent this money and not made not 1 cent.

During this time I spoke to A1 Leasing to get a statement of my payment history. First Steve said he would email a copy. I never received any no matter how many times I spoke to him. So I called and spoke to a lady she said she would mail. Again nothing ever came.

May I finally stopped the payments. Now its April I am getting another company Stuart Allen sending me collection mail. I spoke to a man at this company, expain the scamming. He said he never heard any complaints against A1 Leasing. He acted very calm and relaxed the entire time. I just could not believe he never heard any complaints.

At this point I am wanting to know if any one else has resolved this problem and if so how?
