I was asked to sign up so as I could save money on computer products for a one month trial basis including saving on their ink cartridges. I was told that the prices to members were lower then anyone else and told I could get a cartridge for my printer.

This is a lie. They lied about lower prices.in fact their prices are higher then Target and Walmart. They ripped me off for $9.95 and would have ripped me off $49.95 if I would not have seen in their website I had to cancel when only buying the inspection fee of $9.95. I was told by phone that I would have to appy for the $49.95 if I wanted to stay with them and now found out that was lies also.

They are a rip off and everyone should know. They might try to steal from me by charging me even though I cancelled with them but I will be letting my credit card company know all about their fraudulant phone sales ploy to get me involved and stealing my $. 9.95 and it is stealing when you lie to a person from the start about wholesale prices that are as much and more than Retail Store Prices.

They also said on the phone there would be no other charges unless I asked to stay a member hoping I would not see that if you don't cancel within a month after the $9.95 trial period stated in their website that they would automatically take $49.95 out of your credit card account without approval. That is pure wicked dishonesty.

Stay away from this wicked lying company called Software Direct.
