USPN Internet Strikes again on Flippa.com

It seems that although I've read the other consumer complaintss about this individual, I thought they were not based on much credible info: I was wrong!

Typical case where someone pays for something, a couple of manuscripts in my case, and never receives anything.
I bought the manuscripts of his Flippa.com auction, and after quite a few emails back and forth he refused to refund the money or send the manuscripts.

You can see from his Flippa profile that in the last few month some other people had the same type of problem:

His last email said that I'll receive the money back very soon - this was about 2 month ago...

I've started an official complain as well with the authorities in Ohio, to see what they can do about this fraudster.
