Presented false promises over the phone

Nov. 2010 Cox Communications salesman sold me a package for a certain dollar figure.
As soon as the installer left, an e-mail sent me a bill about triple the promised amount.
I stopped the Internet service but kept the TV cable connection. Now Cox has threatened
to cut my TV off if I don't pay them an inflated "ransom" by the 19th of April.
Might come under elder abuse. Ailing 73 yr. Old veteran.
