I recently purchased Bid Daddy's Blueware. I received the download to my computer but the installation manual was un-readable. When I called the support number (877-467-5311) the message said that they no longer provide support over the phone. When I tried the online support, I got no where. I'm mad at myself for purchasing this software. I should have checked the consumer complaints first. For all that may be considering this software, don't buy it.
