The Blueware Spy Software is a joke. First of all, you must know magic to get the crap to download onto your phone. They were sure to hide that it was not compatible with most phones but in the marketing ploy, it says "Compatible with any bluetooth blah blah blah". Basically, it's this - let's think up of a way to draw people in and choose our words carefully so when they come back and point the finger at us we can say "Uh uh uh you didn't read the small print, the third line, with the crooked letter right behind the last sentence". Did ya get that? Exactly, this scam is a hot mess and so is the software. It would have worked much better if I just rammed it up my dog's butt. The crap won't download, the crap is stupid, they support is non-existent and I am done wasting characters on this crap product.
