False pricing

I bought a plasma Television through worker purchase plan at what I believed was an excellent cost $751.67. After I attempted to monitor the standing of my purchase a couple of days later, the purchase monitoring confirmed a much unique cost - $1,769.00! I wrote for their client service, plus they stated that it had been a kind-e on the site that evening, however the cost is $1,769.00 and that is what I've to pay for... This created no feeling, and so I named client service, plus they stated the same! Plus they stated their "pricing plan" is revealed also it enables them to get this done... And so I examined and also the conditions and terms after I logged-on didn't declare something like this and that I called back. Although I had been keeping to get a supervisor, I examined again, and today the ToU TRANSFORMED to incorporate this "pricing plan"!! Regardless, I had been again informed, this time around with a supervisor, that "also poor" it is their pricing plan to alter the costs when they find a mistake. I actually got proof from Alex (the supervisor) that, easily hadn't examined, they'd have delivered it and simply billed my charge card the additional $1,100 without acquiring my permission! How is that this legitimate?
