Denied the Functionality of the Software that I Purchased From Them

I purchased this piece of software to conglomerate my different email accounts. They installed it per their system's requirements on my VPN where I work. The software had a malfunction. They needed to do some work to fix it. They spent a month and a half and did not fix it. So, I paid for a piece of software which doesn't do anything. Meanwhile they have intefered with the logic of why I purchased it, so they are trying to make me believe that I have done something to deserve a denial of service. My intentions are completely legal, I want to organize my data into a more meaningful form.
