They had the nerve to charge me for the shipping on something I never even received

I purchased online, got a conffirmation, product delivered 3 days later. Okay, great - i thought. Waited and waited for that product, it didnt appear. I never got a contact tracking number delivered to me, and attempt to get somebody about the telephone to assist you! This ensemble believes everything operates on autopilot - effectively my purchase got screwed-up and that I couldnt get any help with it.

The shipper, as it happens, DROPPED my bundle. Everybody kept saying it had been shipped, however it never turned up below. After I eventually got anyone to return my phone (after actually, 6 calls for them), I had been designed to feel just like I took the bundle and didnt wish to purchase it. It never came here, despite the fact that they stated it had been shipped.

This continued for months, after which 2 more weeks to obtain my reimbursement - ENTIRELY, simply because they had the nerve to cost me for that delivery on anything I never actually obtained
