MiFi rip off

I purchased a MiFi2200 from Radio Shack because it advertised on the packaging "Unlimited 3G Internet Just $40/Month". I have read every word on the package several times and nowhere does it say it will ever be limited or have a price increase.
I am now informed they have changed it to 5Gigs limit, then it will slow to useless speeds. Clearly this is fraudulent advertising.
Other problems I am having are...
1- Good connection with the network but no access to a server. This means you are charged MBs for trying to get a server and failing.
2- Consistently slower than the minimum advertised speeds.
3- The unit shuts down and reboots dozens of times a day. I am told this is because it is not compatible with XP Pro SP1, even though the package says it is compatible with XP.
4- I am unable to download anything of any significant size because it interrupts the service after a short time making it almost useless for anything more than email and surfing.
5- The package says it has access to THE Sprint network but I have been told it only has access to A Sprint network which is overloaded and outdated.
I have exchanged 58 emails and countless phone calls with their customer service and Executive escalations departments with no positive results.
I highly recommend finding a vendor other than Virgin Mobile / Sprint. These people are nothing less than criminals.
I have filed complaints with the FCC, FTC, and the Arizona Attorney General and ask everyone else to do the same.
