Refund

I had a moment of weakness when I let John Blair of onlinevehiclemarket.com talk me into trying their services. I got a call a few days later from someone I knew and sold the vehicle PRIVATELY, paid for a notarized document before I sold it privately. I have been trying to get my refund back for the ten weeks now and they say since it was sold, they will not refund the money, even though they had nothing to do with the sale and I never received any calls from anyone saying they used their services. I now have my lawyer working on it, I know it's not a lot of money to worry about (the $300 refund) more so the principle of them trying to rip me off. My lawyer is prepaid and does not cost me any extra so hopefully he can resolve this matter. On a side note, prepaid legal is a great company, which is where my lawyer is coming into play. I had a warranty isuue on cracked floors from winter, on a new $50000 5th wheel I bought that would have cost me over $1000 to fix if the dealership had their way, but was then taken care of with my prepaid legal.
