H&R Block tax software H&R Block software don't work on computers sparta

H&R block is selling software at wal mart and other retailers that says it is compatible with vista and other operating systems and it doesn't work. They will tell you it don't work when you call for support but they can't give your money back. They say you have to return it to the retailer who will give you a new copy of the same software that didn't work in the first place. They are always playing phone tag and never seem to get in touch with you because they call at the hours you are not there even though you tell them when you will be home. It is a rip off they won't return your money and they can't help you get it installed on a computer.
