Sent to ebay by this customer: "What guarantee would I have for a full refund should I send this poor quality, incompatible, malfunctioning piece of dung back to this 'seller'? I have read the other numerous and identical complaints lodged against this 'seller'.in my opinion, he seems to have a reputation and well-settled pattern of conciously promoting his aforementioned low-quality wares to the unsuspecting and trusting patrons of Ebay with the intent to defraud, and then ignore cutomers' repeated requests for satisfaction. Go to: "usacomplaints.com" and enter: "FSGW". There are 5 recent complaints, all identical to mine. If I am guaranteed a total refund, then I may send this item back for that purpose. Of COURSE, I would have to pay the shipping to return this 'product'. Should I send this back for a refund, I would then be out $13 /- for the 2 shipping fees. With the price of the item at $14, it's just not worth it. And he gets away with it AGAIN! High time Ebay did the right thing with this 'seller'.
