Horrible service and little support

Our encounter with Open-Range continues to be terrible.

To begin with, for that first four weeks I had been getting terrible download and post prices, right around. 5Mbs about the download part. I named them every single day for all those four weeks to obtain the problem solved. Customer care mightn't actually agree with whether or not I existed in a "large-capability" region or not. They ultimately delivered me a brand new container which appeared to repair the problem. After one-day of great support I saved a duplicate of Linux that I required for college plus they delivered me a these were "throttling" my consideration and lowering my quantity of bandwidth. Evidently they've a unbelievably reduced download limit of 2GB daily. After I was offered the support no body stated something in regards to a download limit to me also it wasn't described in virtually any of the literature the sales person offered in my experience. Easily was conscious of it I never might have registered for that support.

I called and reported plus they stated that their support was targeted more towards the typical person that just checks their email.
