Did not get reward

I've been with Our Details to get a period of time. I've used details only good until earlier this period. On September 11 I used factors to get a credit charge card of this price. I never received it. Have sent atleast six-times and obtain an answer every time informing me it'll be fixed in 10 times to 14 days.

I'm disappointed. I got lots of my period and employed their customers to look with often.

How do I encourage them to recognize their agreement?
