The original concept was fabulous, but my last order, in December, was a nightmare

The initial idea was fantastic, but my last purchase, in November, was a headache. Only one out-of 9 items match, plus they allows a return on only 2 of the 8 outstanding products. I delivered them, simply to discover, a few weeks later (when enquiring concerning the credit not showing on my charge card) they had large economic issues. Their poor return policy and monetary issues caused me to get rid of near to $150. Even when they return running a business I'll never cope with those individuals again.
