Unathorized deductions from my bank account

I have been going back and forth with Mr. Jonathan Sherman the last 3 months, He was supposed to get a web site up and running for me and sent me an e-mail that the design I picked out would not work for the way I wanted it done, He then told me to pick out another design, so I did, he never told me that I was going to be charged for this, so I fought hard to get my money back, They still owe me over a hundred dollars for a web site that never got up and running, in todays econemy every penny I have is accounted for to pay my bill's, when I go check out my bank statements there they are taking more and more money out of my account, Something has to be done on this, these companies are ripping people off, I was lied to and then told they will not give my money back, I would like to sue this company for miss leading me and not helping at all, if your a web designer and get paid to do so shouldn't you at least do your job???
