Published incomplete web site prior to my viewing, editng, approving or even running spell check!

I started out with a website that cost $299, then it was $749 to get it to the point that I could use. They promised a 10-14 day completion date which took 32 Days.

Upon calling them to find out when it would be done, I was told it was up and running, Prior to me even viewing it. Not even a phone call to tell me it was finished. They did not run spell check, and every page of the site had mis-spelled words, Including my own NAME. I was assured there was a two day one hundred percent money back guarantee if I did not like the site. Yeah right. Upon days of trying to get them to correct the site, they asked me to send them information that had been forwarded to them weeks prior. They had misplaced it.
After having enough: I asked for my money back. Only to find out that they had registered my domain names to a Mr. Ryan Riley of a town in Idaho. Essentially stealing my property that I paid them for. (phone 208-855-2248) and he would not even return my phone calls to release the domain names from planet domain. They assured me that there was no money back guarantee, and that the work they had put into the site was more that adequate to cover the work performed so far.

I told them I would take half of the money back to get all my domain names returned to me along with transfering the primary and secondary name servers to my new design/hosting web company. There response was a resounding NO. I did inform them that it would take at least two weeks of reprgramming to get my site to my satisfaction. To no avail. After an entire day of trying to get transfers, (inaccurate authorization codes, endless return calls and emails, mixed up transfer codes etc...) I ended the day eight hours later with a new design team, and my site is already up and running less than 24 hours later. I would praise them, but not in this article as I would not associate them in any way with this report. They are way to good.

There is so much more, but the picture is completely clear. DO NOT USE Ibez i mean Ebiz, oh; Ibiz web site or there design hosting disaster.
