Charges to my card

I keep receiving costs to my charge card from facebook for acquisitions I don't create. I've to challenge them with my lender since you can't reach facebook individually. They let you know to visit an internet site that's not there. There's no phone number or anyhow to get hold of these folks. No surprise he got so loaded.
