Took my order. No delivery. Unresponsive. No refund. Total ripoff

Ordered 2 dozen roses on Valentines Day Feb 14th. Website guaranteed same day delivery. Shipment never arrived. I called at close of business and emailed customer services. Promised callback didnt happen. No email response. Wrote to customer sercices next day complaining, cancelling the order and demanding refund. No reply.

Called again March 2nd./ Promised callback, Didnt happen.
