Carlton Osborne They are selling my pictures and not sending a profit check

This is a website where you put your photos, they are sold and printed by the company and a profit check is then issued to me. I have not received the last payment for the year 2010 and there was only one order for February and I have not received payment from that either. I want this website removed, I did not renew with this company, but it is still on the internet. I don't want anyone to google my name and come upon this website. I've told Carlton I want what ever money is due to me and shut the website down, remove it. That has not happened. When I call, I get the run around, I leave messages, no one calls back. I want my profit checks from 2010 and 2011 and I want the website taken down and my name and company disassociated with them.
