Printroom the company is selling photographer's photos and not giving the profit checks to the photographers that took the photos

The company Printroom is an online store front for professional photographers. Photographers shoot events, upload their photos to this site, Printroom hosts the photos, then customers purchase pictures from this site. Printroom takes the customers money, prints and ships the photos directly to them. The photographer gets his or her cut of the profits once a month. The checks are mailed out on the 15th of each month for the prior month of photos.

The past 5 months, the checks have been arriving later and later until now, Feb 17th, I have not received a profit check at all for Dec and Jan.

I have called, I have emailed and my phone calls keep getting pushed from department to department and person to person. I never get any answers to what is going on and when I will get my check.

I have received one email from accounting that states they are mailing out checks late because that is what they have been advised to do. Mailing checks late means that I would have eventually received a check, but this year, I haven't received any. There is no one in the company that can tell me when they will be mailed.

This violates copyright laws for professional photographers, it is theft, fraud and I am sure other laws are being broken as well.
