Brad Diamond Deceitful Billing and Terrible Customer Service

Don't fill out the application for Authorize.net. Unlike Paypal, they automatically charge you non-refundable sign up fees a month later. Also, I was charged for a month of service even though I canceled the account as soon as the payment showed up on my bank account. Basically, if you fill out the application, say good bye to $120! For some reason, I'm being charged $158.19... Who knows where the extra charges came from... I canceled the payments through my bank and now Authorize.net is sending a collection agent after me!
The customer service is horrible too. I tried calling them to cancel the payments and they said, "Sorry, the sales team is out of the office." Really, your entire sales team is having a fun day? The guy in charge of sales is Brad Diamond. You can't EVER get in touch with him. I finally spoke with him after numerous tries and being linked directly to his phone. He avoided my questions and wouldn't tell me anything other than "If you don't pay, your credit will take a hit." Then he said, "Let me transfer you."
I listened to transfer music for 18 minutes (I timed it) and then a message came on and said their is a problem with the system and it cut off. Then I try calling the sales department directly and the message says, "The sales department isn't available. They're out at the moment."
Don't use authorize.net. Unlike the millions of websites on the internet that have Make Payment buttons, they use legal jargon and shady tactics to get money from you.
