Sold Defective DVD-r 4 X Media and would not replace Milpitas

I purchased 125 4X DVD-R Blanks. 2 spindals, 50 blanks were defective. I am a DVD authoring house and go through 500 blanks a month so all of my equipment is in working order.

I contacted livewarehouse and they refused to replace the 2 spindals when it so obvoius that it was a bad batch of blanks.
