Took $149.99 from bank account before I could choose the lesser $ amount

Research on this website stated if you are unsatisfied, you could get refund. As soon as this site stole the $149.99, I started by sending email on site where it said "contact us". No response. Phoned their 877 364-9217 # and can only leave name and number for return call. No response. Their website stated they were member of BBB and they are not. Just want my money back and to warn others of dangers of this site!
If I had known they were not a reputable business, I would have fought debit, but I just thought it was a system error and my money would be returned. 2 months later, still no contact.
