They refuse to give me my refund back

This "business" is a scam. They take your money and refuse to give you back your refund. I have lost $398 from them. I met all their stupid requirements yet they insist that I didnt! I have complained to the BBB and to the MInistry of Consumer Affairs in Toronto. I would encourage those who have had the same problem with me, coz i know there is many, to call them daily to demand your money back... Their number is 1 888 526 6865. Let them know how displeased they are and how you dont like to be scammed. It is my goal to shut them down.
