Be wary of refund policies

Just be wary when having computer problems. When searching for solutions and you click on miracle downloads that will enhance your operating system, update drivers, get your printer to working again for the low cost of $29.95... Ignorant and gullible me, bought PC Drivers Headquarters Driver Booster thinking it would solve my driver/printer problems.
Did nothing, found the fix through a users' forum (SHOUT OUT TO JOSH)... On the same day that I was looking for a fix to my printer problem, I downloaded software from Uniblue.com... Learned that's not what I needed and they PROMPTLY refunded my charge and I immediately uninstalled their software.
Can't get a refund from PC Driver Headquarters, called their number and it refers you to their website that doesn't help and the emails I have received from them are about how to use their software. They just don't seem to understand their driver boost wasn't the solution nor is it useful and I will uninstall upon confirmation of a refund.
PayPal has been no use in helping to resolve this issue as I used PayPal to pay through my debit card... Yet debit so can't go to the credit card company.
Just a caution to folks out there with limited computer repair skills. Don't buy the first thing you see as a quick fix... Hey, that could apply to anything in life.
