Newegg advertised a hard drive with $20 off with a promo code, ending on 1/24. I printed out page on 1/18 to refer back to when I was ready to order. When ordering on 1/20 I promo code was invalid. Contacted Newegg via email to ask what the issue might be. Their answer was of course that the code was only valid till 1/19. When informed that I had a print out stating otherwise they showed no concern or even bothered to respond.
