We have had HP USA study a sample HP memory module shipped to us from this company and that sample was determined by HP to be COUNTERFEIT. They even complained that "HP doesn't know what they are talking about". World Super Star Co., Ltd would not refund our money nor would they even accept the units in return. They cannot provide proof of their source and have even told us that their return policy applies for only one week from the date they ship goods. They also claim to be a 2010 prefered partner of HP's. However, if they were an HP partner, they would have to follow very strict procedures that HP requires when a customer has a defective/counterfeit claim. They could only provide us with contradicting statements about who they are, the authenticity of the goods they sell and finally, disclaim any responsibility for their product or their claims. We strongly recommend you perform detailed due diligence by an attorney before you consider this companies products.
