Hughesnet Lies, False advertising and property damage

When i ordered Hughesnet i was told by the sales rep that i was in a recovery area and my cost would an initial fee of 50.00 and 39.99 a month thereafter, as long as i was a customer. First of all it took for ever to get it installed and the first technician not only never got it right but he damaged my garage roof in the process. My first bill which is an automatic withdrawl was 250.00. I called the sales rep a number of times and he assured me that i was in the recovery zone and he was having this issue resolved. This has not happened and i talked to him again and he informed me that corporate told him it was no longer his concern and he was sorry but their was nothing more he could do for me. I called their billing department which is the only number he could give me and tried to get thingssorted out and they are telling me i am leasing the equipment and am not in the recovery zone. This is not what i agreed to. I was told i was in the recovery area and eligible for benefits under the recovery act. I not only got ripped off where the billing is concerned, i also have a dammaged garage roof that they won't do anything about. Please help. Joe Coleman, Wisconsin
