What does it take to cancel my aol account! I argued with them for fifteen minutes, had to listen to their annoying pitch, rep. Got aggravated with me, told me I'd regret cancelling, and after all that he hung up on me!!! So guess what. I had to go through the whole process again, the account wasn't cancelled but this time the lady had mercy on me and turned off my service, I think.

I have never, in recent memory, been through such a frustrating transaction and nerve-wracking experience. This was total unprofessionalism.
