This guy H Washington is a fraudster, and will take your services and then quickly file a chargeback so you loose all your hard earned money and time. DO NOT deal with this guy, if I saw him in person I'd punch him in the face.
DOesn't even have the b*lls to talk to you, just files a chargeback in paypal which you cannot fight.
His company is a sham and his website looks like it was regurgitated from the 1990's.
