INTERNET SCAM ARTIST - Abuse of Canines

My husband is 100% permanently disabled veteran. I did quite a bit of research to find what would be a perfect size, temperment, and companion to improve his severe depression. After months of research I decided on a Coton. Course the one I wanted was in Canada and there was no way I could drive them with him, the breeder would not ship. After months and months I found where Lisa Crocker had advertised a liter of Cotons for sale. Thought this was a bit strange cause there is usually a waiting list for them but I contacted her and she was in Collierville, TN not that far from Asheville, NC. After several phone calls and emails (which I have kept all) she sold me a male for $3,000. It was to be show quality and when he got a bit older I was going to buy a female. I thought showing him would increase my husband's mental health and give him something to look forward to. I specifically asked about papers and was told that they were registered but she would mail me the papers so they would not be lost in the transporting of the puppy. I was dumb enough to believe her. She stated I had to send her the cashier's check right away (overnight delivery) to get everything ready for the puppy's direct flight from Memphis to Charlotte, NC airport. The puppy arrived a total mess. He was freezing and smelled of urine and feces. (The flight was about an hour long) I thought it was the airlines until I brought him home and started reading how Lisa raised her puppies. Her husband MICHAEL signed the shipping papers so he is behind this scam also! I emailed her several times and send pictures of how the puppy was doing. She emailed me back and about 5 months ago said she had female puppy "ready" for me to buy as a companion for Snowball. I told her I was still waiting for his papers. She told me that she "thought she had mailed them" but had been in Florida on vacation and would make sure she sent them. I didn't receive them so I would not send her another $3,000 for the female puppy.in the meantime she became Lost in The Black Hole and nobody can seem to find her. I contacted the Coton Association and was told they had several complaints about her and neither SHE nor ANY of her dogs have ever been registered with them. I contacted FBI for internet fraud, IRS for tax evasion, the Police Department for fraud, and am still waiting for help. I contacted AOL to find her physical address and they never responded. I contacted the Post Office for a forwarding address and they said they could not provide the information.
