I signed up with Microworld.com to provide a web site and e-mail service for my domain. I had several customer service issues during the few months that I was using their service. However, they never once replied to any of my e-mails or phone calls.

Then an e-mail that was sent to me received a bounce message indicating that it was sent to about a dozen random addresses in other domains. It turns out that the bounce message was just a server glitch, but Microworld didn't bother to tell me that. Again, my e-mails to technical support were completely ignored.

I put a notice on my web site that something strange had happened with the e-mail. Someone at Microworld saw the notice. Rather than respond to me to tell me what had actually happened, or even to ask me to remove the notice, they simply terminated my account, claiming that I slandered them, even though they did not dispute my recitation of the facts.

My domain simply stopped working, without warning, and for no legitimate cause. Having a web site hosted by Microworld is like sleeping in a mine field, because you never know when you might roll over.
