Neu Era is HORRIBLE! They will lie and tell you anything to get your credit card details. Make all sorts of promises and money back gurantees. They billed me and I never got anything in return. After days I requested a refund. If they answer the phone you get put on hold for a while. They claim to call you back but you have to call several times to get them to you call you back. When they do they say they will refund your money but they never do. They just tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. I called back and wanted to speak to the manager. They said no sorry they will call you back. Since they never do I said "no that's unacceptable, " she said "it is acceptable" we went back and forth 2 or 3 times and then she hung up on me. Absolute SCAM! They make all sorts of false claims and then fraudulently take your money. Never trust them!
