Bordercuts.com Scam website, buyer beware!

This is the biggest scam website, I have ever encountered! Against my better judgment I decided to place an order at bordercuts.com for an item that is impossible to find in stock on most websites. The Wii game "My Fitness Coach" was out of stock at Amazon.com, so I searched for sites with this game and Bordercuts.com said they had it in stock at a great price of 15.00, while the only other site that had it was trying to charge 40 bucks.

So after a quick search of Bordercuts.com name, I saw that they did not have the best reviews. Still, I purchased from the site, and when I did the money was deducted from my credit card immediately. I was sent a confirmation email, that stated I would receive a shipping email with a tracking number in a day or two. Four days passed, and no further communication.

Well, I have no patience to wait for weeks and months as other reviews stated they had. So, I called everyday for four days. I got their phone number from my credit card company's transaction log, which is: 1-866-727-9688. You will only get forwarded to a voicemail, and I left 3 messages with them with no reply. I sent 2 emails to the company, with no reply. To top it off, I went back to their website to check on my order status and it stated I had placed no orders, ever. Finally, on the 5th day I called my credit card company and had the charge disputed/reversed.

BorderCuts.com has 12 complaints with the BBB, with no rebuttals, so obviously they don't care about customer satisfaction. Stay away from the site, it is a scam.
