Requested online plus they charged my charge card instantly. No conversation for over per week. Delivered email requesting standing and was informed these were examining producer supply. No conversation for 2 months. Delivered email requesting standing. No solution. The lights came requiring immediate trademark. Afterwards obtained an email stating the lights were being delivered. The lights couldn't be mated towards the flag packages due to how an electric transformer have been mounted on the rear of the light. Published the maker and B Illumination. The maker replied exactly the same time. B Illumination hasn't answered! B Illumination clearly does not bring any inventory or take any obligation. They simply behave as the center guy for that purchase. They market top end lamps for example Luceplan, Holtkoetter, Leucos, Artemide and many more however they have low-end support.
