YOUTUBESCRIPTMACHINE.com will take your money but will not provide the software. You can contact them, however, they will not answer any of your emails. You will be forced to dispute the charges with paypal and hope to get a refund that way.
Nick Elder is the owner of the site and is clearly a scam artist.
