Needless to say I am a current victim of Wavee.com. I won an auction on 11/19 and my order is still 'processing'. I was advised that the delay was due to the holdiay season, however there typically is not a holiday rush during this time for online orders. More than this, the numerous tickets that I have submitted have all been closed as 'complete' but I still do not have any merchandise.in speaking with a representative, she advised me that the merchandise is not actually stored in house and they only update the consumer upon notifcation from the manufacturer.

Also, it is virtually impossible to speak with a member of the shipping department, fore they only deal with electronic submissions. No one ever calls me back. No one ever responds. I'm tired and I don't have money to throw away. I submitted claims to the FTC and the BBB and have every intention of disputing the transactions with my credit card company. I would be more than willing to participate in a class action suit for the legalized rape of our memberships to this company.
