Gregory Mase, Jolene Cliffe Shipped Product Incorrectly, Didn't Pay to Correct Problem Over $1100 in Shipping Charges

Moda Collection shipped product to incorrect address. I incurred costs to ship to correct address and Moda never re-imbursed for expense.
Moda Collection incorrectly shipped order number 3970 to the billing address vs. The shipping address at Flex Group LLC. Flex Group purchased a large shipment on June 22, which was shipped to their Arizona billing address instead of their California shipping address. Jolene Cliffe at Moda Collection e-mailed Flex Group and said Flex Group should ship product on their own and Moda Collection would re-imburse for any charges incurred. Flex Group used the cheapest shipping method possible in order to ensure timely deliver for the 4th of July holiday weekend. The expense incurred was $1126.24 for the overnight shipment. On July 2, Moda Collection e-mailed Flex Group to notify the company that FedEx would transfer the shipping charges to Moda Collection's account and refund Flex Group's shipping costs. To date, Flex Group has not been re-imbursed as promised.
