Order not received. Emails not answered

I requested a little dark powder cannon 30Aug by following a directions about the Canon-Mania site (print-out the purchase and email examine to Cummings, GA). The check removed the financial institution on 08Sept but I've not yet received my item. I delivered a contact on 08Oct seeking the statuse of the purchase and got no reaction. I delivered another mail later within the month and again got no reaction. I shipped a professional notice on 22Nov and obtained it back today with "Declined" created over the cover. There's also a USPS label: Inform sender of new target: Canon-Mania, LLC, PO BOX 1502, Ellijay, GA 30540-0019

Knowing in the grievances about that organization, they've been carrying this out for some time. Sadly, I didn't study the organization before I sent my check. I am convinced that becasue the seller directed me to send a check, this might fall under the group of Email Scam. I plan to contact USPS to help examine.
