Non delivery or goods paid fo

Ordered advertised Apple computer displays and wired payment upon receipt of Pre-Invoice, promised shipment once funds received. Payment confirmed as received in November and promised shipment by sales rep.

Over a month later no goods delivered and requests for a courier consignment reference and tracking information for the promised shipments have been either ignored or avoided. All phone calls are answered by a messaging service & emails to customer services and listed management from their web site have not been reponded to. Over 14 emails sent giving them every opportunity to resolve the situation.

Ocassional response from sales rep saying they would look in to it but still no clear answer and most important no actual delivery or goods as ordered and paid for. Sent emails to warn that we would post experience on the web but again no response. I can only suggest that you avoid making purchases from this company if our experience is anything to go by.
