False advertising

I placed 2 orders on 12/13/10, put on credit card, and retrieved confirmation. Today I recieved call stating my order was not big enough, but for $15 more they could deliver. One order was for 58.75. The other for 54.88. Total $113.23. They said the 58.75 order was not big enough. These were in the same state. I will never, ever order from this co. Again. How can this be morally or legally right for a company to do?
