Firstseason.com charged more than purchase price of order. Order never shipped. Same standard reply to inquiries as previouc poster. This website is nothing but a scam. Do not order anything from them

I ordered Ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas. They charged me about $5 more than the checkout price and added $15 shipping of which there was no mention at checkout.
After contacting them I was told they were really busy and I would get a confirmation # within 24 hrs. I got a number but this does not work on there website. I demanded my money money back. I again received the same type of e-mail from them. Not to worry, they would ship in 24 hrs. It's been 10 days now and they will not respond to my e-mails.
This site is nothing but a blatant rip-off.
STAY AWAY from this site.
They semm to have multiple names.
