AT &T DSL service
False Advertisement and Rude Customer Serivce

Internet & Web

I registered to get a DSL support from AT & T given that they were supplying a 100 dollar refund. I visited it about the present link and got me to some sign up site. I browse the disclaimer again and lastly registered.

30 days later, my bill number isn't within the program after I was completing a refund form. An extremely rude customer representative claims "Oh this really is just for a person by having an active phone-line."

Obviously, there are TWO individual disclaimers, that are created very hard for clients to locate/distinguish that clients without current AT &T telephone lines don't obtain a refund. I'm wondering why the initial site that provided a refund required me towards the link for me personally to register for this support with no phone-line. I evidently browse the disclaimer which was designed for clients with current telephone lines after I was becoming a member of it.

It almost believe that it had been put up this way (intentionally) to ensure that people might register and never obtain a refund. I believe AT&T must be obvious and reasonable due to their clients. I needed to create a notice or talk to a supervisor however they refuse they understand in whatever way for me personally to get hold of managing people.
