On 12/5 I advertised for a CSS programmer to do a simple job on Craig's List.
Glenn Nall responded and said he could do the job for $50. He could have it done in 2 hours. On 12/5/10 I sent him $25 as a downpayment through PayPal. The next day I heard nothing from him. I left a voice mail and sent an email 12/6/10. On 12/6/10 I received an email from his stating he would "send the money back tonight." On 12/7/10, I sent him an email stating I had not received the money. I have not received the money or anything else from him. He simply took the money, did not do the job and does not intend to give it back. This guy is a scam artist and I'm not the first to complain about him!
