Cssphpmysql.com / glenn nall scammer took the money and did nothing

I hired Glenn Nall to do some php work on a new website. I explained to him what I needed done and sent him some photoshopped mockups of what I wanted it to look like. He assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and it would only take a few days. I waited a week and asked for an update. He said he had run into some trouble and said a few more days. I waited another week and emailed him again. No response. Another week went by and I emailed him again. Nothing for a few days until he finally emailed me and said he was sorry, he just didn't have time to finish the project and that he would return the payment shortly. Another week, no money, emailed him, nothing.

It's been months since I originally hired him and I have nothing to show for it and he has not returned the money. Avoid Glenn Nall at all costs.
