Fraud, poor service

Named to reduce phone expenses. Spoken into saving cash with U Verse. No note that it'd alter my phone-line to electronic, despite the fact that I particularly requested about phone support when energy has gone out. Additionally my work needs include analogue telephone support. I've today invested more than 20 hours attempting to stop support but still don't have web back. The web was sluggish, the machine demands speaking with three individual methods to organize. Lastly, visited nearby workplace; it got her two hours to obtain program directly. Web was said to be fixed yesterday, today stating two more times. No body informed me of wait. No reference to installation costs. Needed to consider gear myself even tho individual found remove.
