Ripoff dishonest unconcerned fraudulent billing

I just hung the phone about thiry minutes ago, or should I say was hung up on. So let me first say, I am VERY, VERY pissed right now so bare with me.

In June of this year (almost six months ago) I purchased a laptop over the phone. Every since it has been one headache after another. First of all you can't just call and get a live person. That's a hassel and when you do finally talk to someone you have give your ssn# or account#, order#, name, address, city, state, zip code, phone#e-mail address. Most of the time they are not who you need to talk to so they transfer you sometimes more than once, but you have to repeat all that information each time. I know I am just venting now, but I have Had problem after problem with them and it is always because somebody is not doing their job!!! I can say Supv. Eric Day did do the right thing on one occasion and solved one of my problems.

But what I am pissed about now is in Oct. I order a memory chip, that I didn't need after my uncle looked at it. When I odered it all the information about my laptop was right there in front of them, they knew it would be a waste of money to get it. So I sent it back, I did everything required to return it, it has been confirmed by their employees each time I called that it was recieved Nov. 11.

As of today it still have not been credited to my account, today is Dec. 2, tomorrow marks my billing cycle with them (I financed it with them) think about it!!! But heres the kicker; I have been calling every since they recieved it (I had tracking) and everytime I am told give it 3-days, give it a couple of days, give it a week, give it 24hours each time it's always something. Well tonight when I called I asked to speak to a supvisor that was about 8:15pm, I was talking to a guy named Fran. I was told his Supervisor's name was Marie Santos, Badge #366956 she would never come to the phone, at 9:08pm somebody got on the phone. He said his name was Supv. Don Wilson (like the actor, but anyway he played the ole' trick like we had a bad connection and hung up!
